Step 1

Step 2
Go to Webmaster Dashboard and click on your site
Step 3
Go to Site Configuration > Sitemaps then click on add sitemap.
Add following codes one by one
/atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500
/atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=501&max-results=500
/atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1001&max-results=500
If you have more pages than change number to next 500 pages like replace 1001 to 1501 and so on.
