At first take my kind regards. Now i share the new post . some problems due to the post being late. Lets see it, then right click on the desktop and on the new shortcut, select the shortcuts location, you ask. Copy and paste the following and click Next.

taskkill.exe / f / fi "status eq not responding"

Than the  choice of a name for the shortcut and click Finish. Than you see the  see the name of a shortcut has been created from any program on your desktop and double click once to hang up when . The program will be closed until you hang up. Thank you.
