How to Solve Application Problems That Could Not Be Opened in Windows 8
Step-by-Step as follows:
1. Run (Win + R)
2. Type secpol.msc and press [Enter]
3. Double-click on Local Policies subsequent double-click on the Security Options and look for the option "User Account Control: Run all administrators in Admin approval mode"
4. select disable
5. Reboot the computer.
6. Good luck
